ManageByStats Releases New User Guide

Today ManageByStats announced that they have released a new User Guide for their suite of software tools for Amazon sellers. The new Guide is a comprehensive How-To for the entire program, including all tools and functions. It is available now and can be accessed through the Help function on the main pages of the ManageByStats site.

“This updated Guide covers everything,” says the CEO of ManageByStats, Philip Jepsen. “It’s in a new format, which will make it easier to update and keep current going forward. The new format also makes it easy to break out specific topics and apply those to the related Help pages. For example, we can quickly update the SellerMail section of the Guide, then break it out for use specifically on the SellerMail Help pages as well.”

ManageByStats has built a reputation for having thorough documentation. The suite of tools contains numerous functions, options and services, some of which are intuitive but many which require explanation and direction. The new User Guide covers all aspects of ManageByStats, including things like FAQs for their Email Appends service, and even more esoteric info like advice on best practices for configuring automated emails through their notification service, SellerMail.

“This isn’t just a How-To,” says Mr. Jepsen. “It is very much that, of course, but we’ve structured the new Guide in a holistic way, such that you should be able to find anything you need to know about using ManageByStats.”

The new User Guide is now available in ManageByStats. It can be found under the Help option on the main ManageByStats page. This means that even non-users of ManageByStats can access the Guide.
