San Diego, California - FunGig, a new company in San Diego that connects Funseekers with in-the-know people who know what to do in San Diego, announced the hiring of a new “FunDetective,” Hollis Cameron. Hollis is the former COO of the digital marketing agency Anaprise, and will be tasked with finding fun people with a true passion for their hobby who would like to share it and make some extra money as a Funbassador.
Mr. Cameron is a passionate person with a flair for finding fun things to do in San Diego and believes in FunGig’s mission statement. He suffered a spinal cord injury in high school, but his zest for life would not allow that to keep him from following his passions and he pushed through intense physical therapy to be able to continue to follow his dreams and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer.
FunGig CEO Steve Young met Hollis when he purchased a FunGig that Hollis had posted. The two hit it off immediately and Mr. Young knew that Hollis had to be part of the FunGig team. In addition to his inspirational story, Hollis adds additional marketing expertise, creative thinking, and a yearning to live life to its fullest to the FunGig team.
Hollis is a positive thinker who believes he can always find a way to accomplish anything he desires. He lives in San Diego with his wife, a physical therapist.
