ManageByStats Introduces Best Practices For Its Email Automation Tool

Today Philip Jepsen, CEO of ManageByStats, a suite of software tools for Amazon sellers, announced the addition of updated Best Practices to their email automation tool, SellerMail. These updates provide guidance while setting up automated response messages, and instruct users on setting up Profiles for the best possible results.

“We noticed some of our users had questions about how to configure this particular aspect of SellerMail,” says Mr. Jepsen. “And to be honest it isn’t entirely intuitive. This has to do with the necessary interaction with Amazon, and in the absence of clear best practices for setting this up, the user was left to figure some of these elements out for themselves. We’ve now updated these areas to help guide them.”

The areas in question involve message creation, and the setup of Profiles. Users create Profiles to use for their send-from info, and these Profiles are then selected and assigned to messages. The new Best Practices info and guidance exists in these areas, and will be clear to users of SellerMail. ManageByStats is a suite of software tools designed to help with the management of customers, sales and inventory, in addition to providing automated response emails, gathering real email addresses and multiple other services.
