San Diego Homes 4U has recently released an updated report regarding the housing market in and around San Diego, California. The company states that there is an ongoing shift to a seller's market. He says that pending sales for the month of July, 2017 increased by over seven percent for detached homes and nearly four percent for attached homes. In addition, the median sales price for homes in the area increased by more than 10 percent and days on the market decreased by over 15 percent. He adds that multiple offer situations are very common these days in the communities surrounding San Diego and that some homes are taken off the market just one day after they have been listed.

"A favorable economy will always benefit the seller," says Smith. "Buyers are hungry and they are aggressively chasing after the home of their dreams. They're taking these homes off the market nearly as quickly as we can get them listed."
