Livecouriertracking.com, a courier tracking website, recently announced it had reached 100,000 in number of couriers tracked through its website since it started offering the services. The announcement comes after the company announced earlier on this month that it had included twelve new international courier companies tracking.

The India based tracking company has becomes only one of a few tracking websites in the country to reach five digit figures in tracking parcels, cargo and especially in DTDC courier tracking. According to its founder, Rahim Patel, the new milestone comes as a result of increased economic growth in Indian businesses and the popularity of their site among courier business operators. Additionally, Rahim notes that his website’s design, speed in tracking cargo and ease of navigation had also helped them reach the milestone.

“Our growth has been drastic since early last year when enhanced our website’s design to make it easier to navigate. Before that time we still had a significant customer base that came to track their DTDC cargo, but they were not that many compared to the last one and a half year. The inclusion of virtually every courier companies and especially DTDC has also been pivotal in the milestones we have made throughout our existence in the industry,” Rahim noted.

Reaching the 100,000 milestone is a big step up for Livecouriertracking.com. It is an even bigger achievement given that statistics still show a low involvement of Indian business traders when it comes to the use of web-based tracking sites to trace couriers. According to one research done by a New Delhi based college, over 50% of Indian business people have attempted to track their DTDC couriers on web-based tracking sites in the course of their business careers.

With the 100,000 milestone mark, Livecouriertracking hopes to increase its investment in partnerships and advertisements to help them reach 1 million plus courier’s tracked before the end of this year. The company’s spokesperson, Manuel Shah, says that the 1 million mark looks achievable every time a new customer uses their website.

“Our next goal is to promote our services and hope that we reach 1 million couriers tracked on the site by December. The milestone looks achievable, especially because every new customer who uses our services tends to attract one more new user,” Shah said.
