The Immortalitea Company, a company that produces natural teas with various health benefits, based in Grandville, MI, has announced the release of a beginners' guide on how to pair loose leaf tea with food. In the guide, advice is given on white, green, oolong, and black loose leaf tea. However, the company is keen to tell people the guide is for advice only.
Ralph Kenney from The Immortalitea Company says: "I have mixed feelings about codifying things. I'm strongly in the 'rules are made to be broken' camp, although I also think that rules were generally created for a good reason. The same is true for tea. Certain teas simply go better with certain foods. Of course, that doesn't mean that you can't pair them with other foods if you want to."
Through the beginners' guide, the company aims to help people take their tea drinking experience to the next level. While white tea, for instance, always tastes good, whether paired with food or not, it goes incredibly well with salads and bananas. This is because the tea is mild and tastes of roasted nuts, which would be drowned out when paired with a strongly flavored food.
People are encouraged to buy a tea sampler in order to try the guides for themselves. This also gives them an opportunity to get to know the different types of teas that are out there, and which ones they like best. Kenney adds: "Black tea, for example, is a very full flavored tea. As such, it goes really well with rich foods - including chocolate, by the way. However, for some people, black tea is simply too flavorsome. Those who buy our tea sampler will have an opportunity to try each of the different teas, so that they can find out which one they personally like best, thereby avoiding buying an entire box of something they may not even like."
The Immortalitea Company has been in business since 2014, and has received a range of positive reviews. They are respected for their high-quality products, and for their contributions to people's health.
The Immortalitea Company offers health-conscious organic and pesticide-free teas including jiaogulan, mulberry leaf, and gourmet organic teas.
