The rules for participation are simple: there are no shoes allowed inside and socks are required for each guests, including adults, even if they are not jumping.

The activities in each location are similar, and the same type of highly professional staff members are present in each of the locations. Parents and guardians can be assured of safe and convenient locations that provide fun for children of all ages.
Every aspect of birthday parties or other celebrations can be planned by the professionals. The standard packages include time in the jump house, table covers, napkins and plates, drinks and supervision. All the parent or guardian has to do is to decide on the food theme and pick the number of guests who will be attending. Package sizes are the Premier Party with up to ten guests; the VIP Party with as many as twenty children; and the VIP Deluxe Party for up to thirty children. Clean up is provided after the party and extra time and supplies are available upon request.
During open hours, families can enjoy a couple hours of entertainment. The activities are much healthier than sitting indoor playing video games. The activities are carefully supervised by adults and the environment is maintained in clean and safe manner. No outside food is allowed in the jump house to protect against slip and fall accidents.
