Susan Pilkenton, founder of the 5 Star Flipping Success System, opens the virtual doors to her Flipping Success School this March. It's part of her mission to teach women in the United States how to create financial freedom through real estate.
"In my opinion, investing in real estate is one of the easiest, fastest and safest ways for women to create personal wealth in the U.S. and flipping homes is the best place to start,” said Pilkenton.
She believes flipping homes is a good place to increase cash flow, and she's seen it in action. Susan has worked with women who have made a year's worth of income in two or three months after conducting one house flip. She's also seen people use a successful transaction to pay off student loans, medical expenses and other debts. "The flipper has complete control about how much money is made through hard work and time put in the business," Pilkenton said.
Pilkenton teaches the 5 Star Flipping Success System, which is the foundation for Flipping Success School that starts in March 2017. Her system includes finding a home, financing it, making updates or "fluffing" it up, flipping it and then following up with the new owners.
The upcoming Flipping Success School is a step-by-step video training program that shows students how to start their own business flipping homes, including how to find the money to do the first deal, and “fluff and flip” their first home to eventually build a financially successful and satisfying career.
