Cleveland, OH (January 24, 2017) — National General Insurance Company is offering 6 paid sales & marketing internships to current Juniors & Seniors in the Summer of 2017. The Sales and Marketing internship is more than a learning experience; it is an opportunity to gain a position upon graduation. The twelve week long internship will provide interns the opportunity to be involved in the daily Sales and Marketing activities of National General’s Direct Sales Center, which will include both internal and external client interactions. Upon completion of the internship program, top performers will have the opportunity to join the National General Insurance team as an Inside Sales Agent after graduation.
Sales & Marketing Paid Internship Requirements
National General Insurance encourages Juniors & Seniors with a 3.0 or higher GPA apply for their new internship program; additionally, they would prefer the coursework being pursued by applicants is in Business, Marketing, or Communications. This internship will be 40 hours per week and will require a strong work ethic, excellent oral & written skills, interest in a career in sales, the ability to work well under pressure, and the ability to balance multiple projects with specific deadlines.
