The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, which is based in Samara, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, is proud to announce the start of their new winter semester class, Rana 2017. The class began earlier in the month. Students taking the course will receive 600 hours of instruction during the four month program. The school also announced the upcoming 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Costa Rica School of Yoga starting in June 2017.
Tammy McGee, Director of Admissions at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, says: "We were so happy to meet all the new students at orientation day. There are students of all ages from around the world. We have 29 students aged 18 to 58 coming from all over the United States, as well as Malaysia, England, Canada, and Bulgaria. This really reflects how this class is filled with varied experiences and diversity. We are excited to have the contribution from each and every student and believe they have some incredible opportunities for interpersonal growth while attending our program."
McGee says that those interested in learning more about the school and the classes offered can connect on Facebook with the school.
"The group is very motivated and excited to explore Samara, and learn everything they can. The first semester began with classes from Director of Education, Beverley Giroud, Anatomy and Physiology teacher, Sandra Anderson, and TA Zachary Adams who is an alumni of our program," says McGee. "We look forward to an incredible four months."
The school provides training for those who wish to embark upon a career in massage therapy. Past students have gone on to enter rewarding careers. McGee says that the school itself is located in a beautiful area, which entices students even more to learn and grow.
Those interested in learning more about the program, its requirements, and cost of attending can visit the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy on their official Facebook page or on the school's official website at crsmt.com. McGee states that a new round of classes will begin in August. Graduation for the current class is set to be held in April of this year.
