Alliance Awards Produces Custom Retirement Plaques for Lockheed Martin

Fort Worth, Texas – Alliance Awards, a leading awards manufacturer in Fort Worth, TX, has gone above and beyond by collaborating with Lockheed Martin to create custom retirement plaques.

The custom retirement plaques have been designed to truly symbolize the hard work and achievements of Lockheed Martin. Each plaque incorporates either a photo of an F-22, F-16, or both types of aircraft, which is printed in reverse on the back of the glass.

“This was really a unique project for me and my team and we took it on with full force,” Wade Latham said. “It’s definitely an interesting spin on the normal products we create here, and we hope this will lead to more creative opportunities to in the future.”

Even Lockheed Martin was able have physical input on the plaques by providing the awards shop in Fort Worth, TX with coins to be decorated on the piano finished board and attached to the lower surface. With Lockheed’s coins encrusted within the finished plaques, the company can feel even more emotionally attached to the product.

“With Lockheed’s help, we were able to create something way more personal than a bulk order of awards,” Wade Latham said. “Now retirees can feel proud and recognized for their accomplishments in ways never imagined.”
