The training session was led by Human Resources expert Steve Puckett. The goal of the training session was to convey that being one's own person and being different are both good qualities to have. Express Employment Professionals of South phoenix is joining Puckett in hosting this conference to better portray to their clients that sometimes stepping outside of their comfort zone can create more opportunities in not only the employment field but life itself.

The conference was held on December 1st, 2016 in Phoenix, AZ. It was held at 8 a.m. for registration or if already registered it was between 8:30-11 a.m. As a top employment agency in Phoenix, AZ, Express Employment Professionals really encouraged citizens to come out and learn more about themselves. The training was free to the public, but donations were highly welcomed and went to the Children’s Miracle Network.
