Steve Puckett leads this training session while outlining the ideas lied out in the fable “A Peacock in the Land of Penguins”. The fable explains that it is okay to be different, that it makes a person who they are. Express Peoria is joining in on the conference to enable the quality of creativity throughout its staff to help them better understand that showing clients how to step outside their comfort zone can lead to them finding something they may like better.
“Being yourself and entertaining your creative ideas is what can make your job opportunities more broad. Always think outside of the box,” Express Peoria Owner Pam Stenvall said.
This training session took place on December 1st, 2016 in the city of Phoenix, AZ. To register participants had to be there at 8 a.m. and the session began at 8:30 a.m. until 11 a.m. This session was free to anyone wanting to come, but donations were highly appreciated and given to the Children’s Miracle Network.
“We host these training sessions to better understand our clients and to build qualities to make it easier and more personal when we are working with our clients,” Stenvall said.
