Aromahead Institute recently announced an upcoming publication and release. The new book is titled "The Heart of Aromatherapy" and is set to be released on January 17, 2017. The book discusses essential oils and how to use them for aromatherapy.
"I've always wanted to write a book like this," says Andrea Butje, author. "It will help to connect everyone who loves essential oils."
Butje says that the book features pages of recipes and stories about the various types of essential oils as well as information about the distillers who produce the oils. The company has also posted a video discussing the book and the information that it contains. Those interested can view the video on YouTube to have a better understanding of what the book is about.
In the book, Butje discusses 40 essential oils, highlighting their unique properties. Each essential oil mentioned includes a profile that gives practical information about the oil including the Latin name, aromatic notes, and safety and user tips. Stories about individual distilleries and tips for purchasing safe and natural forms of each essential oil are also provided.
"It's a comprehensive guide," says Butje. "If you have ever been interested in essential oils then I believe that you will love what I've included in the book. It's just full of information."
Butje states that the book contains more than 100 essential oil based recipes for various health and beauty aspects including skin care, digestion, pain relief, natural cleaning, and many others. The guide includes instructions as well as safety tips to make the recipes more child friendly. A few of the websites where interested parties can pre-order the book include: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Target.
In celebration of the book launch, Aromahead Institute is offering free gifts for those who order the book from any retailer. The gifts include two exclusive blending videos that work as companions to the information in the book, including how to make body butter as well as foam soap, and various stories about these products.
