This can include many different issues, such as divorce, child custody, child support, modification of visitation and adoptions. Some cases may involve property ownership when it is across the US/Mexican borders. Child custody cases also may involve disputes across international borders. For cases where bi-lingual English and Spanish is involved, legal representation that is fluent in both languages and is knowledgeable about the laws which may apply, benefits all parties to a dispute.
