Emerald Coast Women in Business (ECWIB), based in Niceville, Florida, announced their plans to take part in the upcoming Small Business Saturday event. Small Business Saturday takes place on the Saturday after Thanksgiving and is a shopping holiday dedicated to small businesses. ECWIB states that they encourage all women who are small business owners to take part in the shopping event as well.

Debby McKinney, mentor and co-founder of Emerald Coast Women in Business says, "Small businesses need to really push forward on November 26, 2016 and get their piece of the Thanksgiving weekend shopping craze." More about the upcoming event can be seen on the official Facebook page for Emerald Coast Women in Business at https://www.facebook.com/ECWIB/.

ECWIB helps women entrepreneurs as well as women beginning a business and sales professionals to leverage their potential and ultimately reach success in their business attempts. The company states that because women do business differently than men, it takes special coaching for women to reach the same goals as their male counterparts. The company offers a mentoring network for women that is powered by Strongbook and features a free app.

"Mentorship is crucial for everyone who wants to grow and succeed," says McKinney. "You have to constantly move forward or else you will grow stagnant. Our ultimate goal is to help women in business to always be moving forward, gaining new ground, and reaching new goals."

McKinney states that people who do not get mentored often do not see dramatic increases in their income or their overall happiness. She states that the company set up their mentoring program to reach women in business and help them to constantly improve their personal and professional lives. Their Small Business Saturday events are designed to help women to network and to constantly learn new things that can ultimately help them to grow and reach their goals.

In addition to encouraging women business owners toward the upcoming shopping holiday and offering other events, the company provides information on their official website for women in business. Debby McKinney also hosts regular local ECWIB Connections - power events to provide even further information and motivation to women entrepreneurs. More about these events and the company's upcoming Small Business Saturday can be seen on their website.
