Email Appends For ManageByStats Now Retrieves Real Customer Emails Each Day

CEO of ManageByStats, Philip Jepsen, announced today that their email appends subscription service will now run daily. Email appends is a service offered by MBS for Amazon sellers that finds real email addresses for their Amazon customers. ManageByStats is a suite of Amazon seller tools designed to help Amazon businesses manage their sales, customers and inventory, which also incorporates various other services, such as the email appends.

"We've been wanting to be able to offer this for some time," says Mr. Jepsen. "Due to various technical reasons we have so far been unable to do this daily. Until now the process ran at the beginning of each month for our subscribers, and covered all new customers from the prior month. Now we can run it each day."

Rather than run at the first of each month, the new email appends process now runs each day and inserts any real emails found for customers that purchased the prior day. In this way customer records are updated continuously with the new system, day to day, and users therefore have immediate access to email contact info for their new customers. According to Mr. Jepsen the success rate for the appends process is about 40%, which means that for every 1,000 Amazon customers ManageByStats is able to find and insert about 400 good email addresses.

"Email appends have been a hugely valuable offering for us," says Mr. Jepsen. "Our customers love this, and many of our MBS users are also subscribers to the email appends. Getting the customer emails daily is going to make a big difference in their ability to contact customers."
