DigitalRez, the company that produced RezExpert, a fully featured reservation and property management system, has announced that they have recently released updates and fixes to their system. The company states that recent updates will make the system much more functional and convenient for users.
"We've added a lot of feature updates," says Kevin Hall with DigitalRez. "We wanted to make it easier for users, and we feel that's just what we've done."
Hall states that several updates have been completed, including updates to the vehicle detail handling section of the program. The process of saving vehicle information was adjusted, allowing the information to be saved to reservations only and then applied to Rez for reservation. He says that all updates done to date have been designed to ensure a more satisfactory user experience overall.
Hall says that a new section (Strata/Property Management) has also been added to the DigitalRez website to provide even more information for users.
"Other updates include a new email confirmation breakout," says Hall. "The email template for online and console reservations is now broken out, allowing you to individually configure what your customers see when they receive an email."
Other updates include arrival time updates, which provide an update to the exact time that clients are checked in. The revenue and occupancy panel has also been updated, changing the date range restriction from 93 to 366 days.
Hall says that separate auto charge invoices for cash businesses are also now available. When auto products are applied to reservations, those charges are now placed into a separate invoice, making it easier for users to reverse specific charges as needed.
The news and updates website gives users detailed information about upcoming updates or recent updates to the system, enabling them to fully utilize all features of the program as they are updated.
