Best Buddies Tampa Bay to Hold Champion of the Year Gala on November 18, 2016

Best Buddies Tampa Bay, sponsored by Catania & Catania Attorneys at Law, will celebrate the culmination of its annual twelve-week fundraising competition with the Champion of the Year Gala on November 18, 2016, at The Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort and Golf Club.

Best Buddies, the world’s largest organization dedicated to improving the social, physical, and economic well-being of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), is an established presence in many communities around America. The men and women who contribute to Best Buddies in their local areas understand that people with IDD are often socially isolated in their own communities, so they work to build friendships with, establish job security for, and educate and empower those with IDD.

The annual Best Buddies Champion of the Year fundraising competition in Tampa Bay, Florida is one of the chief ways Best Buddies connects with the community to raise funds and spread awareness for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
