RX Fitness Equipment Announces Grand Reopening Date for Newly Expanded Thousand Oaks Store

RX Fitness Equipment has just announced the date of its grand "reopening" to celebrate the expansion of the store in Thousand Oaks, California. Tim and Darci Adams invite everyone to join them on Thursday, July 28, 2016 for refreshments and a "look around" the newly renovated space. This expansion has nearly doubled the floor space and will allow the display of almost twice as much equipment.

Tim Adams, owner of RX Fitness Equipment, says, "This is really exciting for us. To have grown this much in two short years is testament to our huge network of trainers, coaches, nutritionists and other fitness and healthcare professionals who continue to send clients and patients to us every day. We also owe a huge debt to all of those who have found us online, or through friends and family, and have become regular customers. They are all part of the family now."

As a part of his crusade to help people get and stay fit, Tim Adams published the bestselling book 'Fitness Equipment - A Shopper's Guide: How to Research, Evaluate and Purchase the Perfect Exercise Equipment for Your Home Gym' to help people understand what type of equipment is available to them and how to choose what is right for their particular needs. "We're not here just to sell as much equipment as possible, says Adams. We're here to see to it that our customers get equipment that they will actually use. We want to see them get healthy and stay healthy."

Over the last two years, RX Fitness has added several new lines of equipment, including cardio from TRUE, strength equipment from Vectra Fitness, flexibility from JumpSport, and many, many others. Adams says he strives to listen to his customers and to stock exactly what they want. RX Fitness also boasts 'best in the business' followup and service after the sale.

Tim Adams' wife and business partner, Darci, points out that "grand reopening" may not be the best term for the event on July 28th. "Since we never actually closed the store during renovations, we don't really have to 'reopen.' Maybe a grand 'unveiling' would be more to the point. We took over the storefront next door, knocked out the wall and decorated it to match our original space. Now we're almost twice as big. It's been a little hectic around here, but it's also very exciting. We're anxious to share it with folks who haven't been in recently, as well as long-time regulars."

Whatever its official designation, the event on July 28th will begin at 5:00 pm and go until 8:00 pm Thursday night. All are invited to tour the new store layout, enjoy some refreshments, and chat with a group of like-minded people. All equipment on the showroom floor will be available for demonstration as well. Tim and Darci and the entire staff will be there to answer any questions.
