LEAD Conveyancing Logan announced on Wednesday that it had recently teamed up with Queensland Law Society, one of the recognised conveyancing organisations in the state. The firm decided to join the association to ensure they are always up-to-date on the changes in laws and give practical assistance to their clients. The QLD-based conveyancing firm decided to step up its status and register as a member of one of the law societies in Queensland. The firm’s head wanted to ensure that they give quality advice to their clients and stay aware of changes in Queensland conveyancing laws. They said that although they always do their assignment by researching and constantly studying the laws, they are just humans who might miss out on significant changes. The decision to join the organisation was not only for a precautionary measure but also to improve themselves, their services and their professionalism towards their clients. The firm wanted to join the organisation for a long time but was always hindered by the volume of its clients.
Kristy Fletcher, a long-time Senior Lawyer at the firm, said that joining the organisation is crucial to staying longer in the business. “In this industry, it is impossible to stay afloat without the help of outside forces like organisations. No man is an island, right? It also applies to any business out there. That is why collaborations and merges happen all the time. The more, the merrier and stronger. We know we still have many things to improve in this industry, and we are willing to do what we must to improve ourselves. Another reason is that we want to make friends with people like us. People that are passionate about this profession. It is fun to work and get along with others.”
The Queensland Law Society is a professional non-profit organisation for solicitors in the state. It has more than 10,000 members and is associated with the Law Council of Australia, an organisation of law societies of all territories and states in Australia. The said society was formulated at an informal meeting of solicitors in Brisbane in 1873 and was declared an association more than a decade after the said event. It was in 1941 that the association became what is known today as the Queensland Law Society. Since then, it has been joined by different law practitioners across the state and offered terrific benefits and opportunities to its members.
On the other hand, LEAD Conveyancing Logan is a fully-registered and long-time conveyancing agency in Queensland. It was established not long before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world. The reason why it was formed is that its owner wants to do conveyancing in her way. Trinh Thai, the founder, believes that her company will become one of the most well-known conveyancing companies because of her brilliant colleagues.
