Over the past few months, 1st Family Dental, a Chicago orthodontic and dental practice with 10 offices in the city and suburbs of Chicago, has been partnering with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to raise over $46,000 for childhood cancer and other deadly diseases.

Today, Vicky Khawaja, a spokesperson for the Chicago orthodontic and dental practice, announced that their partnership and fundraising initiative with St. Jude will continue in October. "From October 1 to October 31, 1st Family Dental will be donating $50 for every patient that begins orthodontic treatment at any of our 10 Chicagoland locations."

Vicky Khawaja continued by saying, "We've also included ways for others to get involved in the fundraising efforts. In addition to patients looking to get braces, Invisalign, or other orthodontic treatment, everybody can help make this fundraising initiative a success by referring their friends and family to book a 100% free orthodontic consultation."

1st Family Dental is including a few extra contests to help make this initiative a success. Anyone can be entered to win a $500 Amazon gift card by simply booking a free orthodontic consultation in the month of October, or by referring a family member or friend to book a free consultation.

For anyone interested in supporting the fundraising initiative, 1st Family Dental is offering extended office hours and even weekend hours to accommodate busy schedules. Book a free orthodontic consultation at any of 1st Family Dental’s 10 Chicagoland offices before October 31 to be part of the fundraising mission for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Those interested can get more information about the fundraising initiative at http://1stfamilydental.com/hope/.
