Express Birmingham Office Wins Bob's 30/50+ Challenge - Circle United Contest

Express Birmingham (North), a Birmingham, AL Employment Agency,  was declared the winner of Bob's 30/50+ Challenge - Circle United contest. Out of more than 700 offices to get 30 new clients in 2015, Express Employment Professionals came out on top and won the competition.

Bob's 30/50+ Challenge - Circle United, a sales contest held throughout the entire franchise of Express Employment Professionals composed more than 740 offices globally, dares each franchise owner to increase the number of their clients within a set time period.

Through the members’ collaboration, goal-setting and success-driven attitude, Express Birmingham became the very first office to win the competition in only their first year of operation.

“It is an absolute honor to be the first office to hit this goal in 2015. Although I must say, the best part about winning this award was being able to be a part of the joy and excitement from my team as I was able to give them each iPads and $500 gift cards, our reward for winning this challenge through our hard work and dedication,” Express Birmingham owner Daniel Morgan shares.

The Birmingham Staffing Agency took on the challenge by splitting their main objective into smaller ones. They then aimed to achieve Fast Track within 17 weeks, a challenge that they managed to do in just 11 weeks. Express Birmingham tried to reach 32 clients within 30 weeks and once again, they proved to be a highly efficient team, managing to realize this goal in just 20 weeks. This smart strategy led to their victory.

The Birmingham office also conducts morning meetings to maintain communication between associates, clients and team members. According to Daniel, employing the right people makes a great difference in the productivity of an office. For Daniel, it is important to hire the right people, determine their strengths and allow them to play their role in the office. Daniel added that every member of his office meets a possible candidate and has a voice within the company.
