NorthPointe Law Group, an established leader in legal services in North Carolina including foreclosure and short sale matters, today announced the hiring of Brad Watson, a highly experienced real estate attorney in Charlotte, who will be managing the law firm’s south office. With almost a decade of industry experience, Watson will oversee Northpointe Law Group’s south office in addition to other responsibilities.

Brad Watson of NorthPoint Law Group

Kayce Staehle, Owner at NorthPointe Law Group, northpointelaw.com, said the company is excited about Watson's decision to join NorthPointe Law Group.

"We choose to add Brad to our team for his standards of excellence and ethical practices. The addition of Brad will also aid Northpointe Law Group's expansion into the Charlotte Real Estate Market. He is an integral part of our growth strategy in North Carolina.," said Staehle. "We're absolutely confident he will play an important role in helping us strengthen our reputation in this highly competitive market."

Northpointe Law Group however has been able to build a name for itself specifically in the area of real estate law. Residents in Charlotte and surrounding areas always choose the NorthPointe Law Group any time they need a closing attorney to aid them in their real estate transactions.

Homeowners and homebuyers understand that the sale of real estate can be a complicated process. There are many documents required and the amount of paperwork involved can be time consuming. Since it is one of the biggest financial transactions that a person will ever undertake, it’s imperative that a homebuyer should consult with an experienced residential and commercial real estate closing lawyer throughout the entire process. Not only will it help them avoid the headaches associated with buying a home, it will also ensure that all the requirements are met, including those set by the mortgage company. More importantly, having a residential and commercial real estate attorney gives the buyer assurance that if something will go wrong, he has a qualified legal adviser by his side.

NorthPointe Law Group chose Watson specifically for his expertise in the field of residential and commercial real estate law. His skills and knowledge as a short sale attorney as well as a foreclosure attorney has convinced the firm that he is going to be an asset to the company. Prior to joining the team, Watson has been providing estate legal services since 2006 to residents in North Carolina.
